The Green Bike Project is a co-operatively run bicycle workshop on the campus of the University of Birmingham; they provide tools for their members to use and also hold events on cycling and sustainable transport.
What the Green Bike Project mainly does is teach people to work on their own bikes. Many people already know how to work on bikes, that’s fine too, the volunteers are there to help if you need them. They try to be hands-off with bike repair so that you have the space and time to learn at your own pace but if you have any questions then just ask and they’ll do their best to help.
The Green Bike Project can be contacted via their website.
